About the opportunity: We are currently looking for Casual Tour Guides to support the delivery of Everton Football Club’s stadium tours at Hill Dickinson Stadium and Goodison Park ensuring the highest standards of customer service for tour customers and working with the wider department to deliver operational requirements in line with health and safety policies.
As a Casual Tour Guide you will Use storytelling techniques and a confident public speaking style to bring the Club’s history, culture, and facilities to life.
Who we’re looking for: Essentially, we are looking for individuals who have experience of delivering tours/stadium tours.
Motivated and committed to providing outstanding customer service our successful candidate will also demonstrate the following skills, knowledge and experience:
Able to speak multiple languages would be desirable however, this is not essential for the role
Able to demonstrate Everton Football Club’s values
Confident communicator with excellent public speaking skills
Strong interpersonal skills with a genuine passion for delivering memorable experiences

This is a casual role with hours and days to be worked as and when required however, a minimum of three weekend dates a month must be worked (not full weekends). The location for the role will be Goodison Park and Hill Dickinson Stadium.
