Since 1988, Everton in the Community has become a dynamic force for good, harnessing the unifying power of football to drive social change and addressing societal challenges across Liverpool City Region. Supported by a team of over 130 full-time staff and over 200 volunteers, the independently governed and independently financed charity offers an extensive array of more than 60 programmes and initiatives that tackle a diverse range of social issues including health, employability, anti-social behaviour, crime, exploitation, education, dementia, and disability.

About the opportunity:
We are looking for a number of Casual Receptionists to be the face of Everton in the Community, and be the first point of contact for visitors across our sites, showcasing friendliness and professional outset.
This casual pool will cover holidays, illnesses and provide additional cover of reception duties across our charity sites, which includes, the Peoples Place (our state of the art mental health facility) the People's Hub, and our Blue Base hospitality facility. You will greet, provide advice, information and assistance to our diverse visitors during the week and occasionally some evenings and weekends if required.

Who we are looking for: Our ideal candidate(s) will have a real passion for delivering exceptional customer service and first-class front of house experience and has proven experience of working in a customer facing environment and can effectively manage customer / staff relationships, promptly respond to queries and consistently manage expectations.
This is a casual role working Ad-Hoc flexibly across the week
