About the opportunity: A new, unique and exciting opportunity has arisen for someone exceptional to join us and head up a new Performance Lifestyle department within our Men’s First Team Senior Leadership Team and be our new Head of Performance Lifestyle.
This pioneering role will ensure players are supported to achieve sustained peak performance through a holistic approach encompassing wellbeing, psychology, player support, lifestyle support.
The Performance Lifestyle function aims to support the strategic goals of the football club by delivering a comprehensive, joined-up and systemic function that supports the person, the professional and the player to perform better, more often.

Who we are looking for: We are looking for a highly experienced sports psychology leader who combines elite performance understanding with exceptional people skills, capable of operating within a high-pressure sporting environment, and has managed within multi-disciplinary support programmes.

The role is permanent and will be based at Finch Farm training ground in Liverpool (Halewood), however there is expected frequent travel involved within the post, working 40 hours per week plus matchdays.
